Delivery & Returns
Items will be shipped out 1 to 2 days after receiving the order.In general,you can take about 5 - 8 business days for delivery,depending on the different means of delivery you select.
They allow us to track your order with a click of the mouse.When the shipment is confirmed,you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation E-mail.
How do I track my shipment?
We ship your purchase before the end of next business day after check-out.We would like to send an E-mail with a tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery on the website of the carrier.
What should I do if my shipment arrives?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to be delivered.If it still does not arrive,please click the 'Contact Us' button on the website.We will reply as soon as possible.
How do I ship items to a different address?
During our checkout process,please make it clear where you want your purchase shipped which may be different from your billing address credit card.
Your complete satisfaction is our priority for long-term business between us,we offer a return and exchange instructions.Before you want to return goods,please contact us by E-mail to discuss the problem first.Most of the time we are unable to resolve the problem by giving technical support and do not need to send anything back.
Within 30 days (from date of receipt of product),if you find the products you choose are not satisfactory in terms of color or size,it can be returned and replaced under the following conditions.You must send us the products in original package (you pay freight charges ).The products should not be used.When we receive the returned intact product,we will replace with new ones and send them back to you.Shipping charges for replaced products that we ship to you should also be borne by you.
We will be happy to return or exchange any goods as received with original package within 30 days of purchase (from the date products were received,please note that we not responsible for shipping costs return.) If you find the products with quality problems (non-human factors or external damage-resistant),can be returned and replaced.You must send us the products in original packaging.When we receive the returned intact product,we will send new ones to you instead the former product.We will pay the shipping costs for products we ship to you replaced.(Note: Our quality control experts give a definite opinion on the quality if the problems are caused by personal factors or external damage resistent,the products purchased will not be repaired,replaced or returned free of charge.
